Utilising an onsite 24 Hecto Litre brewery, Ian Watson (the head brewer) is brewing our beer right here on the mountain.
Brewed only using traditional brewing methods, the result is real beer with real flavor!
The best ingredients money can buy combined with minimal intervention and no artificial additives (why would you need anything else?).

Cheese- Witches Chase Cheese Co.
Formerly located on 93 Beacon Rd, North Tamborine, the Witches Chase Cheese Co. first opened in 2004 and has been a must see Tamborine tourist destination ever since.
With all cheese made onsite and a plethora of awards under their belt. Witches Chase Cheese Co. has rapidly developed a reputation for fresh quality produce, unique and above all delicious cheese combinations.
Unquestionably, this is a one stop indulgence shop!

Food- Liquid Amber- Bistro & Grill
The new Liquid Amber restaurant is set to be the ultimate combination of fine local produce (with the beer and the cheese made mere metres away) and a relaxing spacious environment.
This 170 seat restaurant infuses quality bistro dining with a child friendly atmosphere. Incorporating indoor and undercover outdoor dining, parents will be able to enjoy a mouth-watering steak or a fresh salad whilst watching the little ones play in the ample garden/child play area.
