WHAT ARE THEY?
In these workshops we have a limited number of around 15 participants, who learn the practical skills of making cheese and other dairy products. The workshops are suitable for the complete novice. No prior knowledge is assumed and participants learn in the Witches Chase Factory using equipment that you would find in your own home.
