This golden Cilantro Orange Chicken is flavorful and crispy to perfection. It’s a finger-licking dish. You will need napkins.
When I am being normal, I serve it with rice, beans, and quick pineapple salsa. It all works so well together. This dish has a Cuban flair: rice, beans, and a mojo sauce. Tropical fruit is also added to the plate. Yum. Yum yum yum.
The chicken is an excellent option if you are in a hurry or don’t want to spend time on the extras.
I rarely love a “plain chicken” recipe, but this chicken is directly off-the-pan delicious. You can brush the chicken browned with extra sauce from your oven. Just pass me some skewers, and you are done. All I need is this! It’s just a snack turned into dinner standing over the stove.
