What tastes better when it’s topped with garlic and Parmesan? These classic flavours give these oven-baked fries a two-punch of umami flavour that will make you want to eat more.
ARE OVEN-BAKED FRIED CRISPY
These thick-cut oven-baked fries are crispier than their deep-fried counterparts. This is just the nature and technique of baking over deep-frying. The potato will get crispy around the edges. Grated Parmesan can be used to coat them to retain the crisp texture of deep-fried potatoes.
SEASONING IDEAS OVEN FRIES
The best thing about baked fries is the versatility of their seasoning. You can make them in any flavour you want. When deciding whether or not to add Parmesan to your seasoning mixture, keep in mind the additional texture the Parmesan provides to the fry.
