Can a pregnant lady eat pomfret fish?

The silver Pomfret, or white Pomfret, is a clean fish with many health benefits. Pomfret can boost immunity, reduce anemia, improve vision, and prevent skin from becoming dry. Eating fish has many health benefits. I am often asked if pregnant women should eat pomfret fish. Yes! Yes! This fish is high in mercury, so it is best to limit its consumption. It would help if you only ate it once or twice per month. However, I recommend you consult your doctor or other health care provider.

LET US SEE WHAT GOES INTO MAKING POMFRET TAVA MASALA FRY:

  • Flour After marinating the Pomfret with Indian spices, I used rice flour to coat it.
  • Curry leaves. Although these curry leaves can be left out, they are a great addition to any recipe. They also add an earthy flavor and make masala-fried fish delicious.
