Tips and Tricks for Preparing the Yoli Diet
- If you follow the plan, your week will be divided into four “protein” days and three meals. Meal days and protein alternate. You will be guided on what meals, snacks, or supplements you should consume daily.
- If your goal is between 126 and 150 pounds, you will start the day with two supplements from The Transformation Kit, followed by a smoothie. For lunch, you will consume three protein portions and two snack servings. You can then have three additional protein servings for a snack and one more supplement. You can then have a smoothie for dinner and take four capsules of the supplement before bed.
- You have more options on a meal day. After waking up, you take several supplements and have a smoothie with a portion of fruit for breakfast. You consume two protein portions as a snack, followed by a lunch consisting of three protein servings and two vegetable servings.
- You can have three more protein servings and one more vegetable as a snack. You can have another smoothie for dinner, and then you can take four supplements before going to bed.
- You can have a “free lunch” on weeks three and four. Eating any food is recommended, but keep the calorie count at 700 to 900 calories.
Weight-Loss Goals
- You are encouraged to take photos of your “before” before you start the Better Body System. Tips and tricks are provided to help you get the best images. You then create a workbook with a goal weight. A daily meal plan will be made based on your goal weight.
- There are four categories of goal weight: less than 125 lb, 126 to 150 lb, 151 to 173 lb, and 180 lbs or more. It is impossible to consider specific weight loss goals such as the starting weight, sex, and height or the desired weight loss.
