These chips are also called tortilla chips and are used primarily in Mexican cuisine. They are often served with cheese dips or salsa.

This is an easy and healthy snack recipe that uses only simple ingredients. These baked Mexican Nachos chips are made with whole grain flour and Maize flour.

These Nachos Chips are healthier than any other recipe. These Nachos are baked instead of deep-frying.

Okay, don’t compare baked nachos chips to market-bought nachos chips. They are not comparable. This is how I feel.

These healthy baked nachos may be slightly different for you and your family. These baked nacho chips are guilt-free, and you’ll love them once you get used to the taste.

Baked Nachos Chips Recipe

Boil the water in a saucepan. Mix the water with the flour until it is boiling.

Add maize flour, whole grain flour, and salt to another bowl. Baking soda and black pepper are also good options. Add the hot water to all of the ingredients. Use a spatula to mix everything. Be careful as the water is hot.

Make a stiff but smooth dough by adding oil. Every flour has a different absorbency capacity, so if the dough feels dry, add water.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Divide the dough into two parts and roll each into a thin sheet of parchment paper. If you want your baking to be even, ensure the dough is evenly rolled.

Use a knife to cut the sheet into small triangles. Finally, poke it with a needle.

Otherwise, your baked nachos chips may puff up.

Bake the nachos in their shape on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for 20 minutes.

Each oven is different, so getting to know your range is essential. Depending on your oven, the baking time may vary. Bake the nachos for about 20 minutes.

Bake Nachos Chips once they are done. Serve them with your choice dip. These are a favorite of our family. We love them with cheese dip or tandoori mayonnaise.
